The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious. Power points to charge phones and other personal devices were plentiful. The hotel internet was speedy, reliable and available throughout the resort. Restaurants, shops, markets and bars were all close by. The included breakfast offered many food choices.

This is the 8th time staying at hotel I love the old building more spacious but please the bathrooms need modernising need walk in shower as a must

The hotel is very close to Jomtien and Dontang beaches. The rooms in the new building (where reception is) are very modern and clean. When we were allocated a below expectations room in the old building, the hotel manager was very prompt and good in sorting out our complaint.

Location is excellent surrounded by everything you need. Very clean rooms and I was in the older section and the room was great plus large in size. I had a problem the the AC when I went into the first room it wasn’t cold and straight away they sent 3 maintenance guys around who said it needed fixing and they changed my room straight away 👍Plenty of choice for breakfast and the omelette they cook is first clsss. I booked for 3 nights and have just extended my stay.

Good size room, well appointed with large bed and good storage space. Housekeeping was very good, servicing room quickly and efficiently.

Very good location.. Jomtien Beach barely a 2 minute walk away. The hotel has recently renovated and a new wing. We stayed in the old wing which was quite good actually. Room was huge with a balcony. Very good soundproofing. The bed was super soft and comfortable. We had a restful sleep. Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the "Khai Gratha" or Pan Egg. Service was friendly. Didn't try the pool though. And oh yes... the Chonburi Immigration office is right next to the hotel !!

we already have been here before and again we have not been disappointed and could not be happier with our stay. located centrally in Jomtien soi 5 you can find everything you need in short walking distance and the baht bus to Pattaya is just 2-3 minutes away. wonderful decorated and equipped big room with more than friendly staff and a wide variety of food for breakfast make this hotel the perfect stay for us. oh - not to forget the relax area around the 2 pools and the restaurant that serves very good Thai and farang food at good prices! nothing to complain from our sides and we will come again next time!

Exceptional location. Minutes walking from the beach. I loved the black pool. Some of the younger lobby staff are super nice and able to communicate in English. My room had a very nice sea view.

we know Fifth Jomtien already from staying there before and choosed it again because of the big full equipped rooms, the excellent breakfast and also the good priced food in the restaurant. The 2 pools bring a good relax and stress-detox fron spending the day (or night) in busy Jomtien / Pattaya. from here everything can be reached in short ways. All the staff is very helpful. We can recommand this hotel without any doubt and will come back next time again.
